Took this last night. I'm 55 and it drives me nuts. We are in late 70's & have eye issues, so, it's imperative that we do everything we can for our eyes.

This eye formula is great because it includes really good doses of lutein and zeaxanthin. The size is about what you would expect in a lutein supplement.


Cons

This is the second time the capsules were stuck together. It’s too hard to pry capsules apart. Also, i have to be careful of the supplements i take, because many of them cause intense itching and rashes.

    There is no daily value for the omega 3 curcumin and zeaxanthin

    No expiration date was obvious on the bottle but there is a manufacture date which on my bottle is six months earlier in the year but dates will vary
