Pros

This seems to be helping with the dryness and soreness. My eyes produce more moisture or more ready which actually feels good.

It is not a magic bullet, and won't suddenly improve vision, but i find regular use dos help lessen eye strain. W/ cataracts & macular probs, it goes w/o saying.

Lutein, zeaxanthin are really good at targeting eye health. Lute in and zeaxanth in protect eyes from ultraviolet rays in sunlight. The group of supplements i take includes products with lutein.

I'm 55 and it drives me nuts. We are in late 70's & have eye issues, so, it's imperative that we do everything we can for our eyes.

Also, i have to be careful of the supplements i take, because many of them cause intense itching and rashes.

Note that this supplement is not veganvegetarian containing fish oil and gelatin in the softgel capsule

I havent noticed any improvements yet and perhaps i wont in the 30day supply that i ordered
