The only downside is that you can only really use them with the premom app. These are very clear and dark.

Takes a bit of patience in the beginning to test every day before you figure out the cycle (do it in the afternoon) but patience pays off. I have gradual lh surge pattern and this is helpful to find true peak! Do it daily, and it will be clear.

The box is packed with very useful stuff. The whole package is amazing.
