I should have read the questions answers first but these plates are not magnetic which means this won’t work for my application

This is due to the materials not being thick enough to accommodate a full countersink

But it isnt a problem for me or my application of these plates as the centers are the only place where contact with another material is being made

Otherwise the screws would probably scratchblemish other materials they come in contact with
