Easy assembly and instructions. Took about an hour and a half to put together. Last two steps are a little tricky.
Good picture quality and contrast. No blemishes, great gain, solid picture. Overall feels sturdy so having a difficult time understanding the sag issue.
Best bang for your buck. Works great with epson 5040 on high contrast. Metal rod would add more strength.

The manual doesnt show every snap to do in order but once you get past the ones that are listed you just following the same order going around the frame

The center bar wasnt as bad as i was expecting

I put on some decent leather work gloves and just aligned the bar to the center grabbed the frame on either side of the bar with with my fingers then simultaneously pulled with the frame toward me while pushing the center bar with my thumbs to cause the frame to snap into place within the frame

I wouldnt suggest doing this without protective gloves you would not want to have the bar snap on bare fingers
