The cases where i need to remove the case i usually use stick it in the plastic sleeve and then take the whole thing off to adjust the phone didnt work for me

It might be useful to know that the rokform cases and attachment parts do not work with the quad lock system

Unlike other sleeve arm bands this one does not cover the screen of your phone so you can actually interact with it as needed

I like the ability to remove the phone to check messages or change songs without having to tilt my head at some crazy awkward angles trying to read the screen
