This is a very pretty bedskirt. The wrap around with elastic is fantastic. I love the fact that it has the elastic that goes all the way around instead of having to place the dust ruffle between your box spring and your mattress.

Easy to install. Easy to pull over bed and adjust. Very easy to put on and tighten if needed.

Cons

Elastic is very weak and the skirt sags no matter how much you tighten the elastic. The length is not what i choose and it sags on the sides so you have to tuck under the mattress whoch makes the length even shorter.
