Pros
Very pretty bedskirt. Works well on adjustable bed. Only drawback is that the skirt is not split where it meets the corners of the foot of the bed.
Cons
Elastic is very weak and the skirt sags no matter how much you tighten the elastic. The length is not what i choose and it sags on the sides so you have to tuck under the mattress whoch makes the length even shorter.

It came with little clear screws to keep the elastic band in place you screw it through the dust ruffle into the box spring fabric
Competitiveness
If you are not using a boxspring it will not stay on a high bedframe that doesnt require a boxspring
Easy to install covered up the ugle space under rollaway bed and looks pretty

Had to cut the corners for my bed post does not show its been cut

I ironed it up and installed it using spiral bedskirt pins as i have an adjustable bed and it would have popped off otherwise
