The first item received was faulty both sides of the collar where it snaps are opposite meaning i have to twist them to get them to snap correctly which leaves one side digging into my little guys shoulder blades

I did a free return with ups drop off which i hate because it takes more time from my life to fix a mistake not my own however now the return says they will pick up return item when they drop new item

Problem is i work so i wont be home to give them said item nor did i pick pick up item i had to do the drop off option
