If it is tampered with knocked around or moderately disturbed it will chirp 3 times on the first disturbance then shriek its 110decibel alarm after a 2nd disturbance

There will be no beeps or alarms no matter how much you knock it around but the lock will remain an intimidating seriouslooking deterrent to opportunistic thieves

I store it with the two parts separate unlocked state because otherwise i try to put it down or it would hit a surface and start its 120db alarm
