The one and only reason i took a star off is because when you truly load it up not overfilled but an average busystudentday amount aka 13 inch laptop in sleeve some pens and pencils a notebook a writing tablet a planner and maybe a binder or another notebook the front flap tends to not want to close

This is due to where the velcro begins and ends the flap as when it is filled the flap is almost not long enough to compensate for the larger load

I like to be prepared for anything when i go out and my purse though fairly large just wasnt up to carrying all my crap

My biggest complaint is the velcro on the flap doesnt naturally line up when the bag is full which for me is always and the strip may stick somewhat to the mesh pocket and fray it
