Really its not the underwear itself that is tight but the elastic at the waist and legs is tighter than standard underwear

I am 32 around low waist around 2 below my belly button where the panties come up to and i tried these 4 days before my period was due so was fairly bloated as i would be when using these for the intended purpose and they were not comfortable at all
