Quality
One month in i can say i am very happy with product
I would recommend this printer not only for the quality but also for the fantastic support and customer service provided by the company
We use a ultimaker 3 at work and honestly the print quality is literally indistinguishable
We started with the makerware software and struggled to connect with the printer
Shipping
Dont even have the printer yet as its shipping
Within a day replacement parts were sent my way free of charge priority shipping
Packaging/appearance
I had a bit of an issue with the left extruder but audrey with qidi was able to get me sorted out quickly and easily
Then i lifted the whole printer assemble out of the box
I’ve had the qidi tech one for almost 4 years now
Competitiveness
Dont get me wrong if you have the money ultimaker printers are outstanding printers but if your on a budget like me this is a great choice

The printer works great right out of the box once assembled and is actually larger than many of the competitors

I have done 2 replica prop prints in pla sunshot seen in first 3 photos attached and a wingman which is not shown one robot print in abs butterbot from rick and morty in the last 3 images attached and a cubone skull in pla image attached

I am not sure what caused it but its frustrating when trying to make a print because if i want a smooth base i have to shift it over in my slicer to make sure it doesnt try to print on that one spot

Took less than 1 hour and i was making prints

Within a couple hours i received a reply back from sherri at qidi in regards to my problem with a price on the new harness and a video link showing a new way to route the harness to prevent this problem
