The qidi product is firstly very easy to use i was able to get up running with prints very quickly
I can’t say enough good things about qidi
I have a qidi filament printer too and their attention to detail and customer focus is second to none
Every time i had a question it was answered within less than 12hrs in perfect english

Contacting customer service was straight forward with email contacts written on top of the printer and they sorted me out very quickly

The only down size that i can see if you want to call it a down side
