Pros
Hardware is easy to set up and so is bed levelling so you could be printing an hour after receiving the well packaged machine. The quality of print is unparalleled in this price range. The removable magnetic print bed is a delight to use.
Customer service is solid, the reply are fast (i dealt with linda) and the results even in pla are insane! The root cause was correctly diagnosed straight away, and a replacement part sent by dhl express delivery direct from china.
I am highly delighted that i decided to buy this printer. I have no hesitation recommending anyone buying one of their products. I am very impressed with the features and performance for the price.
