I had some parts missing in the box customer service didnt create any fuss rather resent missing parts within week

There are couple of features missing which i wish had in this price range like filament runout sensor and thermal protection functions are missing

The only thing i had to do to get this printer up and running was pull it out of the box and remove the packaging plug it in and setup the plate leveling feed in the filament plug the included 16gb usb drive with the test print file into the 3d printer use the touch screens to start the test print

Its a great printer but if you are new to 3d printing the first thing you need to know is that 3d printing is nowhere near as fast as 2d read paper printing

Overall im happy with the build quality of the xmax its print quality as well as the helpful videos that it comes with and so far ive been having it run 247 since it arrived on my doorstep with very little issues
