I also am unsure of if i ordered the wrong size or it was a one size fits all thing but my wrists are pretty small

I had to use the 2nd hole closest to the watch face and as you can see in the photos that brings the end of the band up over the other side of my wrist and a tiny bit over the cut out design

And because the leather is a little soft it kept bulging where i wanted to push the pin

The only issue is it’s hard to snap it to the watch

Getting the pin inserted to the watch face took a little bit of finagling but once i figured out the “sweet spot” it worked every time

Insert one end of the pin into the home as you are about to insert the other end aim watch band downward and push into watch face then click the pin into the remaining hole

You will find it’s a tight fit and the watch band will aim downwards conforming it’s in properly
