I have ordered three of these for christmas and while have not yet received i am writing this review because of the very good responsiveness of the seller to e mails including getting back to me when thought one of the pictures was not high enough resolution

Am hoping with the small size 2x2x3 that resolution will not be so much of an issue

Customer service was top notch i was emailed theough out the process and even received a sample picture prior to the crystal getting made

Fortunately i did a photo shoot at a party and i had a shot of the couples last dance ever

I sent the photo in and they took out the background so it was the two of them dancing
