Fits my wifes s4 galaxy and works quite well until she puts it on her mophie with the magnetic mounting plate on the back then nope

Otherwise it comes in a zip bag with no instructions but the picture on the device ours was black not white as shown gives you the gist of what you need to know to get it installed

All you do is line it up so that the two metal pieces fit together and put the back of the phone back on

One of the charging receivers failed to charge at all at first

The two little gold dots on the underside must firmly contact the gold dots on the phone

With the phone open powered down of course and laying screen down with the top to the left remove the new charging receivers adhesive tab hold the device in your right hand with the stickiestrip not touching the battery and place a left finger against the tab with the gold dots so the dots can be felt locked in the phones small square openings around its gold dots
