Pros

The amount of time and effort this saved me is remarkable and may be the best tool i've bought for the money. Cuts vinyl very well. Just finished 350 square feet of 12 vynl tiling. Two drawbacks for me. There were three of these at my home depot.

Cons

Harbor freight has something cheap that actually works to some degree. Buyer beware. It is not sharp at all & the screw holding it together every other cut comes loose.
