Will definitely be recommending them to other dog owners. Qalo has excellent, responsive customer service. Received in a reasonable amount of time and item is of good quality.
Quiet, doesn't poke the dogs and durable with no fading. I personally love that they don’t jingle.
The engravings are clean and easy to read. Easy to read and durable, they never scratch or fade.
It is awesome, high quality and lloks good. We use qalo for our wedding rings and dog tags & they are the best! It looks great on my dog. Very unique, get compliments on it all the time.
Cons
It hang low enough for her to be bothered and distracted that she kept flexing to reach it. The hole to hook on the collar is the wrong direction!

Unfortunately i can’t judge anything beyond those couple months because my darling doggo decided to one day eat one chunk off of it while it was dangling from her collar
