Pros & Cons
Pros
The portable foldable microphone stand is lightweight and yet sturdy enough. It feels pretty solid, and there are some light, flimsy ones out there. Can't beat the value at such a low price.
Cons
The mic clip insert piece is plastic that basically crumbled on the second time i set up a mic on it. Can't generate the force needing to hold the arm in place. Can't tighten it anymore.
Don't trust a good shure or sennheiser on these. The boom sags under the weight of a standard sm-57. Droops constantly, not level at all.
The stand is fine for the price, but it is light and flimsy. Plastic parts feel brittle and chintzy.
Plastic mic adapter is not worth even talking about. This thing is 100% plastic and the threads will strip with the slightest misuse.
