The unit is great as long as you don't plan to place it on rack. Providing proof via photos of the unit being measured will lead nowhere. Don't send a photo of your unit.

One note of concern the unit that arrived at my doorstep had a width greater than 19s

With all the small stuff i have in my home theater extra hard drives shield tv etc they all have wall warts and thats a complete pain to plug into a normal power bar
