You should connect the 4pin header to your main fan eg

Quick tipmost manufacturers would not recommend using a single fan header to control multiple fans it might draw more power than the header supports

It works but when used to run 3 fans on one ehader i was getting rlly weird throttle up and down issues continuously with the fans untill i realized hours later it might be because one fan port probly isint designed to have enough power to run one fan so i only have 2 runing off it now and it works wonderfull runing 2 is no problem and does not throttle at all so just keep that in mind
