Pros
The longevity of the product is good. As advertised, fair price, smooth transaction. Great product and priced reasonably.
Cons
The plastic cover (far left in the photo) was not attached to the cardboard at all. After about only 3 days use, they continually fall off the brush head, which makes them unusable. It clearly states it fits the s500.

I did some digging and these pursonic heads appeared to be the exact same shape as the sonicare ones despite the packaging saying they were designed exclusively for pursonic brushes
