Pros

I want so so badly for them to offer a mattress topper. I'm hopeful purple will do this sometime and see it as an opportunity to * up more customers. This thing is great, so much better than any ‘cooling’ memory foam or standard mattress.

Cons

Not enough time to try a mattress and add a pillow topper to try to make it manageable. Tired of waking up with lower back, it band, and knee pain.

I think what upsets me the most is for how expensive this mattress is you cannot try it for more than 30 days. For a premium priced bed, this is the worst issues i have ever experienced. It is not all it is cracked up to be.

It still has a bad smell. Now has sinkholes. Even worse now, sag spots and everything. Pretty disappointing. Anywho- this mattress is terrible.

They still haven't shipped, it’s now wednesday, and now there is no way whatsoever that we will have these frames before next week. No eta in sight. The guarantee is a joke.

I'm a big guy (6'3 290lbs), so i suspect the problem is that my low back is completely compressing the grid. It’s beyond heavy and floppy, which make it a nightmare to move! On top of this, our poor dogs keep getting tripped up with their feet landing... Read More
