Pros
This is great, but it's not an instant change. It's a couple weeks. Be consistent with this product once or twice a week or daily to see major improvement. Bought 7 sets for the family. They are happy with product and will buy more for mom and dad.
Cons
It is very liquid and a portion had leaked in shipment. I am not impressed and feel brushing with water would yield better results. It is definitely not toothpaste, and it does not say on the packaging that it is toothpaste anyway. Those are banned in... Read More

I would recommend using a mouth wash first and then brush your teeth with this product for about a good 30 seconds then rinse out

Of course brush your teeth afterwards if you like i would recommend using sensedyone tooth paste since this stuff is sensitive to the teeth

You can also use a toothbrush and also light on the mouth and teeth and the color of the product does not stick in the mouth personally
