Pros
This pillow is perfect for a side sleeper. I sleep on my side and sometimes stomach, and it's perfect for either.
The grid is a fun sensory toy. Gets the heat away from your head a half inch to let it get absorbed.
The pillow is perfect on a softer mattress but on a harder mattress, it can be strangely different and less comfortable. One neat thing is how easily it slides into a pillowcase. The cover zips off for laundering too, which is a welcome feature.
Cons
It is hard on the face- many is the morning that i wake up with a honeycomb pattern dug into my cheek. We are charged waaay too much for a pillow, and then the gimmick wears off, thus i feel somewhat duped.
Absolute sham and waste of money. I'll be the one 'discontinuing' my use of future purple products.
It is so frustrating trying to find the right pillow. Bad experience.
Purple has the 100 day free trial, amazon does not. Which stinks in that it’s not free to ship back. It's been discontinued. Luckily, they have a moneyback guarantee for 100 days.

I got it inside opened it up and put a pillow case on it
It was wrapped in plastic so not to get dirty during transit so it was pristine

Marriott and hilton are known for their pillows and this one is waaaaaaaaaaayyy better
