Toner has antioxidant and skin-soothing properties. Great for people with sensitive skin and who have issues with inflammation. Makes my skin feel like glassy skin. Is it the best toner? This toner is excellent!
This toner is both gentle and moisturizing. My skin looks and feels thoroughly moisturized and dewy. I generally use serum and moisturizer afterwards, so it's good enough.
