Pros
For me it takes maybe six weeks of glucosamine and chondroitin for the aches and pains to gradually subside. It helps with joint pain.
Price is good considering it contains 180 pills. The bottle is a value pack. This is the best deal on these i could find and have purchased them more than once.
Cons
My thumb joint is so inflamed after taking these for two weeks i can barely function today. Very disappointed. Caplets sound like capsules.

No it doesnt rebuild cartilage that i can tell but apparently reduces the friction that is aggravating your joints

Just a side note if you are a first timer buyer some supplements including glucosamine dont work as soon as you start taking them
