Pros

The pill is very easy to *, has no garlic after taste, and a great value for the money. excellent product and value, but beware of the strength.

Cons

The first bottle the soft gels were somewhat stuck together. Obviously something is in it that disagreed with my body. I have to shake the bottle each time i need a pill as they stick together.

Soybean oil comes * phytoestrogen and if you are a male, i'd stay away from it, unless you are trying to convert into female.
