Ksm-66 is the only ashwaghanda i’ll buy. Effectively takes the edge off of anxious feelings. Never upsets my stomach. This helps alot.

Sleep was ok but for some reason when coming off of it it intensified my anxiety but went away after a week

So if you plan to use this i recommend taking it once every other day not consecutively as that can have a terrible impact on your withdrawals
