Pros
It’s a soft sand which butterscotch loves. The whiskered overlord seems happy. This litter ticks all those boxes.
Especially the unscented. It clumps like a champ, no harsh scent making you think a pine tree took a dump in your house. It isn't over powering with fragrance.
The best thing about this litter is that it’s so lightweight. My cat, fred likes it and leaves lots of poopers and it is easy to clean. Bag is sturdy enough that i need scissors to open.
This litter has everything you could want, including recyclable packaging. Better clumping helps to use less litter helping offset higher cost.
Cons
That heaviness is the biggest objection to cat litter. The deal breaker is that this is not a good clumping litter.

This litter is definitely more expensive than some other brands but you get what you pay for

I’m lucky enough to be older but unusually strong for my age but this box is huge and it doesn’t “tuck into” bathroom storage space very well

The unscented does a good job of containing the odor and at least it doesn’t change to flower scented pee like the scented versions
