No pill or individual action is the total answer to avoiding a gout attack. Only draw back is it makes you feel bloated. Used for gout in foot and ankle.

The seller is quick on shipping. Bottom line…. These little jewels * it in the bud.

The pills are huge, they taste horrible, and give you heartburn when they dissolve. My gout seems to only be getting worse since i took these pills. Keep your hard earned money in your pocket and take ibuprofen until then.
