Pros

The battery fits perfectly into the space and has a great adhesive. A little trickier to install than expected, mostly due to the oe glue. A very nice bonus are the security screwdriver set.

Google it, download and install. Follow the calibration instructions after installation. I think anyone can do this if they follow a youtube tutorial.

The battery charges quickly and lasts as expected. After the super slow first charge, it charges fast now. Charging takes around 90 minutes and holds around 6-9 hours depends on usage.

Performance appears to be great when disconnected from the wall adapter. Once it was removed, installing the new one was a breeze.

Cons

The battery lasts only about 4 hours. When i tried to file a warranty claim, it says it expired 6 months after purchase. They claim an 18 month warranty on these batteries.

After installing, battery is a dud. The keyboard and mousepad do not work which makes my macbook useless.

All batteries have a finite life. This may be damaged or poorly produced. On top of that, the macbook pro dies a lot faster than before.

I requested a replacement and after sending proof of purchase they shipped out a replacement battery which arrived only a few days later

I contacted the support email and got a response only a day later offering a refund or replacement
