Pros
The holes in the steeping container are plenty large enough for steeping my tea. I like pouring a little at a time into a small teacup, and it definitely drips no matter what.
It keeps yea warm and it looks great. The glass is sleek and warms nicely. I love the design and the cool sleeve that came with it.
It's incredibly easy to wash in the dishwasher. When the tea starts staining i just soak denture cleaner tablets in it overnight and it's sparkly clean after that.
Came as advertised. Takes a bit of work to actually open it, when that happens. Make sure to hear the click when the badket is seated right. Still works perfectly fine, it's a minor cosmetic issue.
Cons
The insulating sleeve is very tight and is very difficult to put back on. The outer glass wall feels very hot too. Which means the insulation is not that good.
The lid not * on for a while until you fiddle with it is extremely annoying. In addition the silicone/plastic seal of the cap appears to come out every time you open de bottle.

Packaging/appearance
I love this zen tea bottle it’s so pretty and perfect for tea drinkers who want tea on the go
Also the bottle is amazing looking and people were always asking me about it at work
Within 5 minutes of opening the package the bottle tipped over and broke with the protection sleeve on
Unfortunately when it arrived the inside glass lining was cracked
