If you are cup c or more this is going to do nothing for you is very thin so the adhesive is not strong enough to provide a lift or support in any way

If you are looking only for something to conceal a little bit of the nipple area this might work but again it is very thin

Didn’t hold up anything and looses the stickiness if needs to be reapplied
