The sludge at the end of the drink likes to stick to the sidewalls of the bottle. The flavor itself (however bland) is okay. The taste is putrid.

I hate protein that clumps because you get even less of a serving out of it. It clumps up very badly and i have to force myself to * it while there are still clumps in it. All i do is burp it up for an hour after finishing it.
