Pros
Makes my 52 year old skin moist, fresh and hair moisturised. My husband has battled with chilblains for the last 3 winters - he is a mechanic and working in cold, harsh conditions gives him extremely itchy, swollen and sore toes.
I pour some into a smaller bottle and dilute it making it 1/3 water. Arrived quickly and well packaged. No problems with seller or delivery.
Cons
It is just like water with a very feint rose smell. The scent is a little too * and overpowering. It leaves a sticky film on my skin (whereas my previous brand left skin glowing and clean) not this pack…firstly the bottle is awful!

I used to be able to get alcohol free witch hazel from boots or sainsbury’s but for some inexplicable reason they are both now only selling with alcohol added

It is a plastic bottle which is a shame as my local council are fussy over which plastics they deign to recycle

While quite small the large bottles you can get from a pharmacy are never used up by the time they go out of date so its just a waste
