It took me days to find the right cocao i wanted organic i wanted it raw and i wanted the least amount of cocadium not sure if thats how you spell it and finally after much searching i found this one it was a little bit more money than i wanted to spend but it sounded like it was worth it i got it yesterday and when i opened the package with smell was enticing its a very smooth powder no lumps or chunks so i decided to make some hot cocoa i warmed up some almond milk put a tablespoon of powder at the bottom of the cup then add a little of the almond milk to dissolve the powder no problem with that so my first taste was oh this needs a little bit of sweetening so i put in a tablespoon of pure maple syrup and then it was delicious i savored every bit this morning i added a tablespoon to my coffee with some almond creamer  Read Less
