Pros

They are very, very sharp. They are actually pretty decent knives that have been abused and still have stayed fairly sharp. Do not wash them in the dishwasher - keep them sharp by hand washing them after use.

These knives are that good, they need to be pampered. They are better than i imagined. Recommended them fo my friends.

I was using the purple spreader knife to cut a pre-cut bagle. They are finally in need of a sharpening, and that has taken much longer than our other kitchen knives. I use this sharpener b007y15ld4 but any standard one should do the trick.

They come with the pictured clear cylindrical holder.

Cons

These knives, while sharp, are thin and flimsy. Just skip the hassle and get a different knife set. Love the knives--absolutely hate the holder.
