Easy to * tablets. Tomo 6 al día, 3 en el desayuno and 3 después del ejercicio. No associated stomach or bowel problems, no skin discoloration.

Cons

This product smells terrible like overly fishy. Luckily the rash is not very itchy. My knees hurt and i couldn’t figure out why so so researched spirulina side effects.

Each 3 tablets equals one teaspoon of product. Within a few hours had severe cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. I feel a bit dehydrated and my stomach is upset.
