Pros

Not exaggerating. I have degenerative arthritis in my lower spine, if that helps anyone decide. Both of us have spinal and neck pain from ruptured disc and i have osteoporosis.

The 'bounciness' of the material makes it feel like it is actually part of the mattress. Firmer than regular jello but still jiggly and bouncy. The latex gave it the surface softness for pressure points.

It sleeps cooler and does not off-gas like memory foam. Changing to a thicker mattress cover has solved the problem for now. The outcome is iffy but not insurmountable.

The bed still feels firm - just more cushiony. It softens the firmness and evens out the futon mattress.

No weird smells or odors. There is some outgassing which dissipated over a couple / few days. No smell to speak of.

Cons
