Pros

This is a definite goldilocks situation. This kind of service is nearly extinct in today's world. It's better than buying an egg shell topper because those only last a few months.

Good enough for my needs as a 5'7 woman with a healthy bmi.

Latex topper feels so different from memory foam. It has a tacky feeling so it’s not sliding around on top of the mattress. It's also heavy and slides a bit, so i definitely recommend getting a topper cover with straps for the bed corners.

It has the most amazingly soft cover. Needed a firm mattress to avoid backache. Was abiut to thriw out our stiff mattress.

Cons

They got enough $ to keep me poor,flattening my meager wallet condescendingly. Did so for over a week and even flipped it. Why isn't the seller responding to this complaint?

It's not soft enough to relive pressure points. The vendor insists that both toppers are the same firmness, but they are noticeably different. I like the memory foam better.

I had just spent 3500 for a new custom mattress and i actually cried how awful form it was

Packaging/appearance

Told to return in original packaging which is impossible since latex expands as soon as you free the product from machine wrapped plastic

Competitiveness

I am satisfied with this product so far and sleep on latex is a more affordable option than other brands i looked into

Tried thermo memory foam toppers but none can compare with latex

Its pretty much the same material as a purple brand mattress without the 3000 price tag

Also it is very difficult to find soft mattresses as are suggested for side sleepers and lighter frames im 140lb lady
