In the past ive taken similar products and if i take it with dinner too it keeps me up at night
Package came in 2 days in excellent condition i have taken it for a few days and it has curved my appetite well i take one in morning and one in the evening and already i have lost 4 pounds with out changing anything i usually do i also feel more energy with it so my pick seems to be a good one
I know i havent been taking enough so i will start taking 3 capsules like the directions say i thought i would try just one and see if i noticed anything
They also dont have a terrible smell or taste which for me is a huge deal as i have a tendency to be a little nauseous so i am taking anything with a bad smell or taste i wont take it
