It's gentler than the devices i've had used in chiropractor's offices. Works just as well as the unit used by my chiropractor. It assist in calming spasms and muscle tightness.
The purepulse duo tens & ems combo device is wonderful. It is made well and has helped me alot. I want to say that your device is doing an amazing job of easing my backpains.
Cons
The user interface requires way to much navigation. You need to use the same * to navigate to any of those listed settings. This functioning is not correct. Worked once briefly then could not change intensity level - lasted a total of 10 minutes.
Feels like something is pinching me. I'm pretty disgusted that they would send me a product that was on someone else's body. Good packaging and design but obviously poor quality control or fragile components.

Straight out the box it was just what i expected

It has both tens and ems and it has many different program options
