Pros
The product that arrived is fresh & securely packaged. I get lots of nutrients (vitamins/minerals) packed into just one capsule.
Vitamins cover most of the common nutritional mutations, beyond the folate issue. Within 30 min of taking these vitamins, i get a burst of energy which lasts all day long.
Cons
The expiration date on the bottle is january 1, 2022 so i'm really not sure why this happened. Fine if you don't mind belching that up an hour after you take them. Expiration date is 11/2020 however, capsules smell rotten.
Methylcobalamine does not absorb b-12. Some capsules are broken and empty, some capsules look half full.

If you really can’t stand the smell try storing them in the freezer of refrigerator my doctor told me to do that

For me i didn’t notice it was helping till i stopped after my first bottle and changed to another brand at the same price

I’m confused by any negative reviews about the quality because i’ve ordered them on here for two years and never had an issue also i don’t notice the smell of them anymore but remember in the beginning of taking them it was a little funky
