Opened a capsule and tastes very bitter. When i would stop taking these the strange dreams would stop, then i'd retake them. Not worked for me sadly.

What i will say is after 1 week of taking them i have had no side effects and they are easy to swallow
They are not the easiest capsules to swallow however they do seem to have a calming effect

Very rarely i sleep through the night but ive been taking these for just over 2 months and now i fall sleep so much quicker

Just dont take too many as excess glycine can have the opposite effect
