After two bouts of shingles, started taking lysine. It seems to help shorten the lengths and severities of colds for me. Works better than meds.

Not original seal on the top the bottle under the lid. I have no way to actually test the potency of these but there is no way the dosage on the bottle is anywhere near accurate.
