Pros & Cons
Pros
A little pricy however the pills are easy to *. They have a bluish/lilac tint so they definitely stand out from other pills. Zinc competes with copper absorption.
Cons
This product advertises that there are 60 capsules in the bottle. But, it's not for me. Within an hour the same thing and my joints are really achy.

Highlights
Quality
While extremely rare i became copper deficient due to a medical condition and needed the supplementation
